Our Policy
Arrive only 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Please alert us via text or call if you are running late! Anyone arriving more than 10 minutes late will have to have their treatment time shortened.
Appointment changes or cancellations require at least 24 hours notice.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $75.
Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without notice ("no-show") will be charged $75.
If a prepaid service, package session, membership treatment, promotional treatment, or gift certificate appointment is missed without notice, the appointment will be considered redeemed and forfeited.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid delaying other clients.
Skin by EC Beauty reserves the right to refuse future bookings for repeated late cancellations or no-shows and no refunds.
Each client is required to have a payment on file to have a smooth checkout and eliminate cash exchange.
Please silence cell phones while in the spa. We want to make sure all of our guests have a relaxing and calming experience, free from distraction.
On the day of your appointment, you will not be permitted to bring anyone with you to your appointment unless you are a minor (under age 18), foreign language speaker needing an interpreter, disabled, or elderly needing caregiver’s assistance.
Drinks or food will not be permitted.
A block will be reserved for your facial appointment in the amount of time as listed for the service. However, depending on the treatment plan and your skin's condition, the duration of your treatment may vary in length.
We greatly appreciate tips and gratuities. Please note these are not included in our services and can only be accepted through Venmo and cash.
