Erica Cerpa

Founder of Skin by EC

Esthetician. Studio Owner. Mentor.

For nearly 20 years, Erica Cerpa has worked hands-on in the aesthetics industry while building Skin by EC into an established Hoboken beauty and wellness destination.

Her experience extends far beyond performing treatments.

Over the years, she has navigated the realities of building clientele, evolving a service menu, investing in technology, hiring and managing a team, retailing professional skincare, creating client experiences, marketing a local business, and learning what it truly takes to operate a growing studio.

Skin by EC Academy was created to share those lessons with other beauty professionals — including the things Erica wishes someone had taught her earlier in her career.

Because being talented in the treatment room and knowing how to build a business are two very different skills.
